1 — Service Scope
Exyra provides decentralized compute and modular coordination infrastructure, including APIs, SDKs, dashboards and execution modules. Usage is governed by these Terms and may require additional agreements or documentation based on tier.
2 — Usage Terms
Users must engage with Exyra’s infrastructure responsibly and ethically. Any abuse, tampering attempts or exploitation of runtime components may lead to access suspension. Compliance with on-chain protocols and platform-level safeguards is mandatory.
3 — Intellectual Property
All content, code and configurations created by users remain their intellectual property. However, Exyra reserves the right to reference anonymized performance metrics or agent usage patterns for research or platform optimization.
4 — Payment & Fees
Access to premium features or execution tiers may involve token-based payments or subscription fees. All charges are final once a transaction is validated on-chain. No refunds apply unless explicitly stated in future agreements.
5 — Availability & Support
Exyra operates with high availability targets, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. For critical workflows, users are encouraged to monitor agent health and execution logs. Support is offered via our community and dedicated channels.
6 — Data Integrity & Confidentiality
Execution data and user configurations are processed securely. Exyra enforces encryption and sandboxing protocols to prevent leaks. Sensitive user data is never shared with third parties without prior consent or legal obligation.
7 — Termination & Suspension
Exyra reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in cases of terms violation, abuse, or threats to system integrity. Users may terminate usage at any time. No refunds are granted for prepaid tokens or compute units once consumed or allocated.
8 — Liability & Disclaimers
All services are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind. Exyra is not responsible for losses due to usage, downtime or system errors. Users are solely accountable for their actions, integrations and any consequences arising from interactions with Exyra modules.
